FAQs  - Placing an Order

 

How do I place an order?

Lama Ltd is a Lingerie and Nightwear wholesaler selling strictly to trade customers. In order to do business with us, you must first register an account on our website. Once this has been activated you will be able log into the website to view all our products, details, descriptions, prices and order online. Account activation can take up to 5 working days. By creating an account with our online B2B site you will be able to check out easily and securely. You will also be able to store multiple shipping addresses, view your orders at any time, and track any shipments in the My Account section.

 

What is the minimum order?

We do not have a minimum spend amount however items are sold in packs and must be purchased in the specified pack quantity.

 

Can I split the packs?

Unfortunately we cannot split any packs.  We only sell in ratio packs which are usually 12 – 24 pieces for our Nightwear and 4 - 12 pieces for our underwear.  A full breakdown is provided on the product information page showing the ratio of colours and sizes included in the pack.

 

How do I return an item?

Damages and returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery in its original condition with attached returns note. Once received we will issue a refund for the item. For further information please visit our Returns Page.

 

 

FAQs - Payment

 

How do I view the prices for items?

To view prices you must first sign in to your account.

New customers must register for an account before being able to view prices and place an order. 

Once your account has been activated you will then be able to view full product information and prices to place an order. Please note activation may take up to 5 working days.


Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?

UK & EU Customers - 20% VAT is charged to all UK and EU customers unless VAT registered. If you are VAT registered, please enter your VAT number at checkout.

Outside of UK & EU customers - Customers from outside of the UK & EU - will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods.  

If you are a VAT registered customer and the VAT has NOT been removed from your basket automatically, please email us at info@lamalondon.com to authorize a refund. Your VAT number must pass the European Commission VAT number validator for us to process this.

 

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount code you must enter the code into the box provided at checkout. The discount will then be deducted.

 

Do you offer credit?

If you are a customer who has already been approved for credit, you will be given the option choose ‘invoice’ when you reach checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Products in stock will typically be dispatched within 3 days.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes most probably! If you require delivery outside of the EU please contact info@lamalondon.com and we will be happy to provide you with delivery costs to your address.

 

What is the cost of delivery?

UK delivery is free when you spend over £150.

What size is a SM & ML?

For women size S/M is a UK size 10/12 & L/XL is a UK size 14/16.  For more information please see our sizing guide which includes international size conversions for both men’s and women’s products.

 

Can I use your pictures on my website? 

Images can be provided for most products bought from our website. Images should be used only for the re-selling of the product and not for marketing purposes outside of your retail shop or website.
